  • Services –  Connecting customers (and potential customers) with their goals through services means those services need to be designed to engage for great experiences and effect the best organisational outcomes; they need to be connected to strategic aims, and connected to the people that deliver and use them
  • People – Systems and processes don’t make things happen; people do. Customers, staff and stakeholders are critical to the design and fulfilment of strategy, made tangible through the delivery of services.
